Henry Polanco Photography

By booking a session with Henry Polanco Photography, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

• All sessions must be paid in full in advance to reserve your time slot.

• Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.

All sales are final. No refunds.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Requests made within 24 hours are not guaranteed.

No-call / no-show appointments are forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Late Arrivals

• Sessions start and end at the scheduled time.

• Arriving late may reduce shooting time.

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.

Image Delivery

• Clients select final images for retouching from provided proofs.

• Editing style is at the photographer’s discretion.

• Final images are delivered digitally.

• Unselected images are not delivered.

• Package includes 3 fully retouched images.

• Images will be delivered within 72 hours of selection.

  • Additional images can be selected for an additional $40 or 3 for $100.

• Additional images will be delivered 72 hours after payment is received.

Image Usage

• Henry Polanco Photography retains copyright to all images.

• Clients receive a perpetual license to use delivered images for personal and professional use (LinkedIn, websites, portfolios, press, etc.).

• Images may not be sold or used for commercial advertising without written permission.

Model Release

• By booking a session, you grant permission for images to be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

• Clients may opt out of promotional use by notifying us in writing before the session.

Liability

• Henry Polanco Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

Agreement

Booking a session constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
